DESCRIPTION:MEMORIAL DAY PARADE WEEKEND \n\nWhat: Memorial Day Parade Weekend – 2 Day Event\nTime: See Schedule Below\nWho: Marching Band Required/HS Concert Band Required;\nWhere: See Schedule Below\nEvent Cost: FREE\nSpecial Note:  This is required for all marching band members incoming freshman and existing grades.  If you are unable to make it\, you must advise Mr. Egan as soon as possible.  Reminder: Memorial Day parades are part of your Final for HS band Class\, this is not a marching band only event.\n\n — ALL — Marching Band Members uniform fitting will also occur on Sunday. \n\nStudent Loc:/Time: Harrison Elementary – Basketball Court Area\nStudent Dress: Khaki Shorts & Polo Shirts\nStudent Meal Provided: No\, Bring plenty of water\nStudent Transportation:  Not Applicable; Please arrange transportation to each parade\nStudent Cost: No; Personal Spending\nVolunteers Needed: Yes – For Funnel Cake Booth; See details below.\n\n  \nSunday May 24th Crosby Parade \n10AM ALL 2019 Marching Band Members uniform fitting at HS \n12:30 Meet at HS to Load equipment on Truck \n1:15  Meet at Crosby Community Center on Willey Road.  Drop off is at the main building (parking is available on the fields if you are driving yourself or family is staying for the parade) \n2:00 Parade Starts \n2:20 Ceremony at cemetery \n2:45 Walk back to truck load equipment and go home \n  \nMonday May 25th \nDowntown Harrison Parade \n9:15 Report to Harrison Elem playground lot \n10AM Parade Starts \n10:20 Ceremony in cemetery \n11:00 Load truck and leave for MiamiTown parade \n  \nMiamiTown Parade \n11:30 meet at MiamiTown Elementary \n12:00 noon parade starts \n12:20 Ceremony \n1PM load truck and return to the HS to unload \n  \nBring Water for all Parades!! We will have water available but it will be limited.   \nStart drinking water NOW so you stay hydrated later \nIf you will be out of town for any parade listed above please have your parents or guardian email Mr. Egan directly.
