Band Camp (2nd week)
Report to Band room 8AM to 5PM Arrive early for start time of 8am. Here’s a list of important things to bring for band camp • your instrument • a binder with clear sheet protectors for your music • a healthy lunch • a large water bottle/jug and some way to keep it attached to you • a couple pencils • a lanyard with some way to attach your drill sheets to it • an extra pair of socks • spirit week items! Your band leaders wanted to have a little extra fun by making each day a dress up day! Our band staffers will be voting on the winners by section. Remember to make all outfits school appropriate as well as weather appropriate (it will be hot out.) The themes are below. Week 2: Monday - Dress as a Staffer Day - You guessed it. Dress as a staff member of our marching band! Tuesday - Anything But a Water Bottle - For morning block, bring a regular water bottle, but for afternoon sectionals, the game is yours. Bring anything but a water bottle to hold your water. Wednesdays We Wear Pink - Dress all up in pink and show of your Mean Girls spirit! Thursday - Decades Day - Dress up in your favorite style from your favorite decade! Friday - School Spirit Day - Dress up in green, white and black to show off your school spirit!
